For a long while now, I've been wanting to draw one female character from every FF of the series (ie. 1-12). Why females? Because they're generally much easier to draw, and I'm just doing it for fun.
These are the ones I've done so far: FF2 Princess Hilda (sketch)~ (Based on Amano's) FF4 Rydia (incomplete)~ (Based on Amano's) I may finish it later.. Rydia (draft)~ <--- this one's eyebrows really annoyed me and that's the main reason I decided to redo it. >_>; FF5 Bard Reina~ (Loosely based on the bard sprite) She doesn't look like Reina/Lenna at all. But when I started, bard sprite is what I had in mind. Relm~ (Based on Amano's) Probably the only one of these that actually resembles the character, and the only one I am happy with. I realise they've got some major flaws, but surprisingly, my flawed sketches usually turn out to be better than the ones I take too seriously.  -------------------- Random game quote of the day: "Wilt thou change this world... Woah. These are awesome! Aside from the Bard one (A little bit too...much?), they are all seriously impressive. The Hilda one is great, and both Rydias are really good. As for Relm, it's amazing. Seriously. You have a lot of talent. |

My favourites are by far the Princess Hilda one and the unfinished Rydia.

That is quality art right there. Nice job on Relm and the two Rydias, though I especially liked the Lenna (bard) and Hilda pieces the most since they're sketches.

Hilda looks really young, but she still looks good.

Man, what an amazing Relm. I wish I could draw like that, but i'm only good at structual drawings like: buildings, some landscapes, ect. I could never draw people, but my brother can do it all. I'm kinda envious, but i'll get over it.

Hmm impressive, i liked rydia the best i think, do you think you could do one of edge holding rydia in a loving embrace? I'd also like to see what you could with a more challenging character like quina? You're realm was really good too. Keep it up.

By major flaws I meant things like Relm's leg and Hilda's helmet/crown (helmet-ish crown?). Do you really think Quina would be more challenging than human characters?  Quina will be next, that should be no problem. I imagine Rydia/Edge would be a lot more challenging, but I shall try!Here's my rather frightening rendition of Elia, the Maiden of Water from FF3 (based on Amano's art). Elia- Final Scene Elia stylised-realistic doodle I would've liked to do something more detailed for that particular character, but sketching is all I can do nowadays.. very impressed. i can't wait to see what you do with some of the more recent characters. any ideas of which ones you will draw?
i really like the detail you went into on Bard Reina, but on the flip side, i really like how you just kept it simple with your drawings of Elia. I like the fact that you stuck to Aminos original drawing of Relm. I love his work, much better than the newer Final Fantasy's Art work. Good job, your on the path of becoming an original.

Sorry, this is kind of late.. It's been a while since I sat and did something I actually enjoy!
Edea- FF8- (ink) Rydia and Edge (Locke's AlterEgo's idea ^^) A quick sketch of Quina. I would've liked to make it more colourful Unfinished Terra (for L.Cully!) I'd really like to finish this one. I liked the drawing, but I kind of ruined it with my not-so refined colour pencil skills. Rydia and Edge is my favorite, its really beautiful! Edea is my second favorite, and quina's good, odd of course, but good. the terra... it just seems ordinary. it's done well, but nothing really jumps out at me.
