afaik ROM's are legal aslong as you own the game you are emulating..!

I've got a good site for you. You can find any ROM you want here. If you want something a little more specific, you can also go here. I'm sure the latter will interest you considerably - it's a good site.

You know, I just noticed, I don't think it actually says in the rules that you can't ask. I am pretty sure it used to.
