Um... hi. It took me a while to find this little subforum, but here's Anaesthesia at your service! (Sonya Dora elsewhere, after a long series of name changes.) I'm just a spazzy, spacy college student who majors in Communication Design while occasionally writing, reading, hunting random music and bad fanfiction, and trying desperately to sound intelligent.

Although I've only played a few games in the series, Final Fantasy has fascinated me for quite a few years; it started when I obsessively searched the Internet for music after playing a bit of the first FF in fifth grade, and then I became enamored with the steampunkerific settings of the games between VI and IX when I found the typical high fantasy settings of other RPGs a little trite. I have been slow in getting acquainted with the games before VII, though, since I didn't start playing FFVI until, oh... six months or so ago. I was drawn to this place, however, since there seemed to be a greater love for the old school Final Fantasy and a smaller population than my previous FF forum, Final Fantasy Insider.

At the risk of padding out this introduction any further, here's a hello to everyone! I'll try not to make a mess while I'm here.

welcome and all that! i started playing the more recent final fantasy games first also, and this site is one of the things that got me interested in the older games of the series. hopefully the same for you.

I think it's the creative side, since I'm planning to concentrate in Illustration once I get through the foundation courses.
