Good video. Fun use of the "Old Movie" effect.

I made a Daft Punk - Aerodynamic vid to Trunks from DBZ with that effect once.

Timing has to be an incredibly sucky issue with the FMVs like they are, but my one suggestion would be if you had clips that you could cut up better you should try to make the movie scene changes cut more dramatically with sections of the song. (i.e. make some sort of incredibly solid cut with the chorusses.)

I didn't see anywhere the name of the group, who sings that song?

According to the Youtube page, the song is Headlights by The Classic Crime.

I'm not usually a fan of videos like this, mainly because the song rarely fits the world. I was pleasantly surprised in this case, but found many of the climatic sequences to be out of touch with the words of the song. What the lyrics were preaching rarely had anything to do with the scenes.

This was particularly poignant during the last scene: "Please don't face the headlights of the oncoming cars along... and I will let you go...". Yet the FMV itself was of Garnet turning around to see Zidane in a touching emotional reunion, rather than something to do with her mother (as you suggested was your point).

These are all high-level 'nitpicks'. I rather enjoyed the video and its direction.

Much better than your other one, but the song doesn't require as much in terms of editing. Overall, a very nice 'clip' music video.
