Well you most likely already know this but the last two open slots in the change party menu belong to General Leo and Kefka. The code was supposed to work and I saw the pictures of Leo and Kefka but Kefka freezes the game in battle and when I put Leo in my party alot of stuff got messed up.

Well, it's a stretch to say they belong to them, since they weren't meant to ever be on your party (there's no space for them in the shop screens, after all). But they do fit in nicely.
If you want Kefka to work, you need to use further GS codes to add battle commands to his menu. I don't know about how to solve anything else. |

Oh my that would be so cool using Leo and Kefka in battler. They should make a hack so you can play Vicks and Wedge and even Peiott. (hhahahahahahahaahaahhahaha im so funny)
