I'm going for a 100% game.

TO that end, Strago is missing two lores.

One of them is Level ? Holy, and the other is Quasar.

A quick glance at GameFaqs tells me that Quasar is only available to be learned from Goddess. Unfortunately, I've already beaten her, and Strago wasn't in that party, and she didn't use Quasar anyway.

Please o please o PLEASE tell me that there is some other way to get Quasar, or that I can go back and refight Goddess to get the lore, otherwise, I'm gonna be one mad mother hen.

Dark Force uses Quasar, though you'll have to wait a while before he has a chance to use it. As for L? Pearl, Sketching or Controlling an Innoc will get you acces.

by the by, in going through the game on an emulator just before FFIV came out, your guides were of inestimable value, and also just a lot of fun to read. More FAQ Writers should write like that, in my humble opinion.

That being said, I posted a question about something you wrote in your rage guide here a while back, but you never replied to it. I wonder if you would be so kind as to go back and check it out, and possibly supply an answer?

Alright, so apparently, the Lore Guide I weas using is incomplete, as it is missing three Lores, so I'm actually missing three.

I'm missing Quasar, ForceField, and Reflect???

Quasar we've covered. Reflect??? is the same way.

ForceField, apparently only available from one of the three statues. Is this also correct? I seem to recall having seen it elsewhere, possibly also from Dark Force. I'm gonna play around with one of those until I know for sure one way or the other, or if you let me know here.

Everything I have read would indicate that you can only learn it from Doom. The guides I read say to be sure Strago is in the first party, or he wont get it. If its wrong, I personally would (and will, I'm at that point in my game, only needing this Lore) get out and restart the dungeon. If you want to be complete, it may be your only chance. Unless you can re-fight him in some way in the additions... but I know nothing of that.

The only Lore's I use are Grand Delta, Mighty Guard, and White Wind so I'm naturally missing a bunch.
