First of all, this is not your typical people getting attacked by a giant octupus drawing.

I really don't see anyone getting raped, or about to be raped in the picture.

I think Sabin's quote is for humor purposes. Like when a little kid shouts rape when a teacher starts chasing after him.

As for the rape thing, hey, it's just a joke. There's no bad pictures, no "extra skin", or any bad words, either.
Just as long as none of the tentacles are going into anyone's cloths...
