Essentially it's just like the title says, whats your theme song? What's the song that people could play whenever you walk into the room, and they'll know who you are and what you stand for? If it makes it easier for you to understand(If you don't already that is) think of like, the WWF, those guys all have a theme song of sorts that gets played whenever they walk down.
Now I know it's hard to pick a theme song, so let's flex this just a little bit, and say up to three choices, and you can pick what kind of theme it is. Like, angry theme or the I MEAN BUSINESS theme, Daily theme, and the DAMN I FEEL GOOD theme or even the Sad theme, as one of them if you'd prefer. Pick one, pick three, but don't pick more. Now lets go at it. For me i'd have to say: Angry Theme: Trapt - Headstrong This song almost feels like it was written to be a theme for everybody that's not gonna take anything from anyone. And man, i'm already bullheaded, but when i'm angry it's like I want to take anyone and everyone down so just step off. Daily Theme: Ozzy Osbourne - Crazy Train My day to day life is crazy, and so are the people in it. And I can relate to everything in the song, most of the time I can relate to the stuff in this song. I'm just another person going off the rails. Sad Theme : Sound Garden - Black Hole Sun I'd like to think this one is self explanatory. I know when i'm in a bad mood, I just want the rain to wash away. -------------------- This one time I punched a bear in the forehead TO DEATH! I still have the scars on my chest. I am the manliest man that ever did man. League: Z3roHawk Steam: Zero_Hawk Wii U: Zero_Hawk FF14 - Goblin - Zero Hawk <Fiend> |

Haha, nice topic, ZH
![]() Sad Theme: Knockin on Heaven's Door- Bob Dylan Version. Angry Theme: The End. By the Doors. Because I get pissed very slowly, and then it builds to a point where I snap, and do ninja tricks. As of March 15th, I change my Daily Theme to- Lookin Out My Back Door- Credence Clearwater Revival. ZH, I love this topic
![]() Basic theme: Eagles - "Take it easy". Actually got that one from a "What should your theme song be?" test on the web XD Nonetheless, I think it suits my everyday approach and mood. Moody/Sad theme: Tool - "Sober". If ever you hear this song playing out of nowhere, leave or hide yourself. It'll mean I'm not in the mood for anything and my sense of humor will be turned on reverse. Combat theme: Blind Guardian - "Mirror, mirror". One of my favourite songs by BG, I almost automatically have it in my ears when I fight/duel. Tomorrow bears insanity. ![]() -------------------- "I fell off the mountain of words at around the 10,000ft mark. Tell my family...they owe me money." -Narratorway "If you retort against this, so help me God I'll shove any part of your anatomy I can find into some other part. Figuratively, of course." - Josh "We have more, can deliver tuesday." - Del S Good old CoN |

When I got my first credit card I had this day dream of my card being swiped through all sorts of credit er...machines to the music of "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor.
SWIPE/swipe/swipe/SWIPE swipity/swipity/swipity... Daydreams aside, I would say that my theme song is "Happiness is a Warm Gun" by The Beatles. Not only does it fit my mood usually but it quite often has the perfect dramatic feel for almost any situation including but not limited to; Room entrances, pacing, dentist visits, family holidays, voting, sex, after meal ciggy and vomiting. Rather all-inclusive, IMO. -------------------- "You broke my f***ing sitar, mother f***er." -Anton A. No question. "Higher Ground" - Red Hot Chili Peppers. Since 2003, it's been my official theme song. Whenever the rumbling stumbling bass intro rips it up, it makes you just think "Bobbo..."

Stone Roses - Fool's Gold.
Because I'm the only one who loves that song. And I get a chill every time I hear: "The pack on my back is achin' The straps seem to cut me like a knife" It's so difficult living with friends and working one day a week until university (where I'll work less)... God... picking themes is hard... decided to have a crack at it ANYWAY.
Most Suitable Theme - Hasty Boom Alert // μ-ziq Angry/Scared Theme - Approaching Menace // μ-ziq Sad/Worried Theme - Mulholland Drive/Love Theme // Angelo Badalamenti Okay so these are hardly themes for myself (Regular is though), they are associated to the emotion. I like Patrick Wolf's 'Accident & Emergency' as a sort of everyday theme. It's a very happy-go-lucky, almost naively upbeat song, and it's just great fun. It never ceases to make my ass jiggle. And really, jiggling asses is what I'm all about.
I guess if I wanted a serious theme, I'd opt for Radiohead's 'Let Down.' I don't know why, but I always put it on when I'm all drunk and sentimental (ironically, it contains the line 'Don't get sentimental, it always ends up drivel') and it never ceases to just make me really, really happy. |

If anything, because of all the memories tied in with it, it'd have to be Iron Maiden's "Brave New World."
For the sake of the whole "cool" factor, I'd also put Van Halen's "Humans Being" as a runner up. -------------------- "Judge not a man by his thoughts and words, but by the quality and quantity of liquor in his possession and the likelyhood of him sharing." |

Daily theme: Running on Ice-Billy Joel. I'm not gonna go into detail.
Combat Theme-any of the Battlefield game series load music (they're all basically the same) Sad Theme? That's a poser. I don't have one, really, I make it a rule to keep myself happy, but how about "Behind Blue Eyes" by The Who, only change it to brown eyes, 'cause it'd be more accurate. -------------------- Squenix games completed: FFIII FFIV FFVI FFVII FFIX FFX FF Tactics: Advance 2 Chrono Trigger Dragon Quest 8 Dragon Quest 11 Super Mario RPG |

Daily theme- "In the Flesh" Pink Floyd. This has been one of my favorite songs for a long time.
Angry theme- "Better living through chemistry" Queens of the Stone Age. I like this one because it's calm but angry at the same time. Sad theme- "3 Libras" A Perfect Circle. Just a plain sad song. -------------------- "We're not tools of the government or anyone else. Awesome topic, bro! My regular theme song would be Lynyrd Skynyrd's Freebird!! 'Cuz not only is it my favorite song, but I yell "Freebird" whenever I hear it, I strut 'n' dance to it during the intro and the long instrumental endin', I love the South (and wish to move there in the future), and the lyrics fit my life like a glove. Plus, if I had my choice, I'd have that as my wedding song so I could call that 'my/our song' and be totally legit.
Ozzy Osbourne's Crazy Train would be my daily theme song due to how I live on a daily basis. Some might consider Freebird a sad song, but my sad theme would probably be The Beatles' Across the Universe. Everyday Theme- "Times they are a changen" Bob Dylan Yea, cause times are constantly changing, so its only suitable. Sad Theme-"...But home is nowhere" AFI If you've ever listened to the whole song then youd understand. And MY THEME SONG would be "In Reverie" By Saves the Day. -------------------- You Can't Escape... Nowhere to run... Nowhere to hide... |

I think questions like this are interesting, but I always have a hard time with them. I don't want to pick something that makes me sound pretentious, and I guess I'm not really clear on how to pick something, anyway.
Right now, though, the answer that pops into my head is "Jack and Diane" by John Cougar Mellencamp. I guess it just seems appropriate, the way the words are depressing but the tune is still upbeat. -------------------- Veni, vidi, dormivi. |

Quote Because I'm the only one who loves that song. Haha, no, Fools Gold rocks many a righteous casbah, bro. My theme song's "Alive" by Pearl Jam. It's about trials, everyday crap, trauma, and through it all, a guy comes out better and still kickin'. "Faithless" by Social Distortion is in the same redemptive vein, particularly the lyrics: "Don't let your walls down / You might fall in love." For my creepy/nerdy side, maybe...Folk Implosion's "Natural One." It's just a sleazy, caution-to-the-wind song...but it's got a rollickin' bassline that's too awesome. -------------------- It's gonna be a glorious day I feel my luck can change |

Hmm, interesting topic.
Angry song: One-Winged Angel (the orchestral version). Makes me think of donning a black cape and a huge sword and running about setting fire to people... A good runner-up would be Bodies by Drowning Pool. Nice use of screaming. Happy song: Love Song by Korn. The chorus is fun to sing along to! General theme tune: Hammer to Fall, by Queen. It's like my life motto really - everything's just an overture to the end. -------------------- |
