Without consulting any of my notes, I would say don't miss the Genji Glove early in the game. If you say "No" to Banon three times as Terra, he will give you one.

Don't miss the Air Anchor for Edgar in the Tower of Fanatics. There's a switch by the chest in the first treasure room.

Don't miss the Ancient Castle where you get Odin and a lot of other treasures.

If you use Strago (I usually don't), don't forget about Ebot's Rock.

More generally, search every clock in the game - I think just about all of them contain Elixirs.

If I think of more later, I'll post again.

Well, most of those aren't really "missable". You can obtain any of those at any point during the World of Ruin. What I think this lapo fellow wants to know about are items that are unobtainable after a certain point of the game.

With that being said, most of the treasures in the Cave to the Sealed Gate (notably the Atma Weapon), all of the treasures in the Vector Laboratory, and all of the treasures in the Floating Continent are unobtainable after the world goes to Ruin.

Of course there's always Shadow - you don't save him, you don't get him.

One other important thing is the Water Rondo - if you don't take Mog through the Serpent Trench in the World of Balance, that slot in the Dance moveset will remain forever empty.

There are a few dream sequences of Shadow's that must take place in the World of Balance; if you want Shadow's special ending, then you need to make sure to see all of them when he's in your party early on.

I *think* that all of the optional Espers in the World of Balance (Sraphim and maybe a couple of others) can still be obtained in the World of Ruin. No worries there.

That's about all I can think of. Just make sure to get the Atma Weapon and Water Rondo. Those are the easiest ones to miss.

Ah, I see. I thought he was using "missable" like "very easy to miss". Good catch on the Water Rondo.

I'd also encourage you (lapo) to wait until WoR to get the Seraphim esper. It's not "missable", per se, but getting it in the WoB costs 3000, but only 30 in the WoR.

I'd say bring Locke along to the floating continent so you can steal a Genji glove from the monsters there, otherwise you'll have to wait until Cyan's dream to get it unless you can manage to morph one. Also, don't choose the gold hairpin instead of Mog...you'll always be able to get gold hairpins.

if you play FFVIA when it comes out, if you miss water rondo in the WoB you have only one more chance to get it in the WoR.

only in the GBA version.. not SNES/PSX version.

When your about to evacuate the floating continent, wait at the end where it asks you if you want to go or wait. when 10 seconds is left, Shadow will appear and you will beable to get him in the world of ruin.
