It's a toss-up for me between Locke and Sabin. Locke and Celes meet, and they save each other by the end of the scenario
Possible spoilers: highlight to view because you know that Tunnel Armor would have destroyed Locke if not for Celes' Runic ability Sabin's does seem to drag on at times, but it has a lot of good moments, so it balances out for me. In the end I'll have to go with Locke's. -------------------- "Getting upset over a trifle would indeed be unmannerly." -Afra to Damia |

Oh, Locke's scenario is totally the coolest. Little treasure-hunting microcosm! Terra's is the worst. Oh, hey, let's follow the little glittering light exactly, because that won't be at all boring or frustrating.

I always go Locke, Sabin and then Terra as that is the order of greatest to least as far as interesting quests are concerned, IMO.
Locke's scenario is just too damned cool. Quote Terra's is the worst. Oh, hey, let's follow the little glittering light exactly, because that won't be at all boring or frustrating. I totally second that... -------------------- "You broke my f***ing sitar, mother f***er." -Anton A. I think I'll do as the Romans do and say Sabin's. I laughed the entire way through it. But I actually don't mind Edgar's story (and it's not only because Edgar's my fave character). I got annoyed with Locke's because I couldn't figure out the thing about the drafty room and ended up walking around forever. I did like the birthday suit thing, though.

I definately loved Sabins scenario for 2 reasons: Mr.thou and Ghost Train.
I did like Lockes though for the stealth effect of taking peoples clothes (?) and Celes as well. I totally agree about Banons, and i think they couldve added something to make it great... -------------------- <DrkMagimaster282> MWAHAHA. My favorite of the three scenario's was Locke's. It's a great puzzle, and it offers one of the most fun glitches in the game to explore, the Kutan glitch. My player's guide described some of it like the Clue gameboard, which I always found funny.
Second favorite was Sabin's, only second because I found it much too long. I hated the Gau portion the first few times I played it, but now that Gau is one of my favorite characters in the game, that is a fantastic end to the scenario for me. The Banon/Terra/Edgar scenario could be finished in about five minutes and was pretty boring along the way. -------------------- Hey, put the cellphone down for a while In the night there is something wild Can you hear it breathing? I agree with Neal about Locke's scenario. It was fun beating the crap out of merchants and soldiers for no reason whatsoever. Even Celes makes a Star Wars reference dialogue if you know how to do that.
Didn't really enjoy Sabin's much. It was too lenghty for a scenario imo. Though it was alright because I got Cyan and Shadow as my added muscles. The Terra scenario sorta bored me, and you could just end it very quickly. Atleast it was more straightforward as an upside. |
