Mid 50s or above is fine. You can even do it lower than that if you wanted, with adequate healing.

I am not 100% sure on this, but I believe it will be necessary to equip all of your party members with Ribbons, as Cloud of Darkness uses Bad Breath constantly(about every other turn, I think).
