You haven't really left a lot to us...

Anyhow, I hate Vincent's Limit Breaks. They're nice, and even useful, but not compared to everyone else's overpowered moves.

I can't think of any monsters that I -hate-, but I do agree that that the MP suckers are a pain in the ass.

I don't actually hate a move, but I dislike it when Vincent is using one of his limit breaks and he uses an elemental move that the enemy absorbs.

I hate monsters that recover themselves and revive each other. I don't know if there were any like that on FFVII, but I do hate ones like that. I also hate monsters that have an insane amount of HP or defense because I get impatient, especially if it's a monster that comes up often.

I can't think if there are any moves that I hate, but it seems to me that I did get angry at one move one time.

I've always hated being attacked by fancy statuses, especially when I'm not prepared for it. That's why I think of Ribbons as a godsend.

I also hate statuses, especially when stop is cast on your entire party.

There are going to be topics covering every one of these little bits of FF7, and who likes and dislikes what. Then the cycle will be repeated with the first one that was done. But..meh.

Sadly they're useless when compared to most other limits
this always bugged me, Vincent is a likable character who can use the back row, it a shame.

Only bugged me during my first play through, but after playing FFanthology I learned a lot about learning the ropes of the game, since then Status ailments have never been an issue for me.

That unknown monster thing in the crash gelinka (is that how you spell it?) that just LOVES to do "Creepy Touch". My characters are always on "Fury" so they can perform their limit breaks faster and this move really messes it up because it causes "Sadness".

To be fair though, I'd be sad if that thing would touch me too blink.gif

I know I can equip items to prevent this but there are so much better accessories te wear biggrin.gif

I hate confusion inducing attacks... Especially when they hit the strongest character in my party. I mean, sure, it almost quarters the guys attack power, but usually that's about 500 - 600 damage right there to one of my allies. MP suckers I have to agree with everyone on this, are pains in the ass. But what I really hated was the whole Summon rule, where you couldn't summon a... well, Summon, more than it's Materia level. So, I could only use my strongest summon like, once, with the exception of Mime.

I agree the frogs are most troublesome, especially in battle square when I accidently hit accessory break on the slots. For moves I'm going to have to say that the guys that throw cards at you have the most annoying attack, and yes I am talking about the one that instantly gives you a game over. Not fair, haha.

I personally hate Tifa's limit breaks........(perhaps I'm a tad bitter because I have the worst sense of timing ever), but never-the-less, I don't particularly care for Tifa's limits

FREAKING YIN AND YANG!!!!! Those guys are f***ing annoying!!!!! They take forever to do anything. I remember the first time I fought them. It took me ten whole god**** minutes to kill him because "Yin is happy" "Yang is excited".

Carry Armor was pretty annoying too. Lapis laser killed me continuously until I used Cait Sith and got insta-kill with him.

MP suckers? Who sucks MP?! I never ran into any MP suckers.

I hate being confused by Reno on the Gelnika, it's bad enought that i'm there for half an hour trying to steal from him.
I also hated the bandits that always managed to take an elixer off me, that always wound me up!

Yin and Yang was a frustrating opponent. I just made sure I was pretty levelled up by the time I got to that point in the game in future play throughs.

But much worse than that was the jelly looking monter in Temple of the Ancients.
They would come in twos and be either side of you sometimes. They would either drain a huge amount of MP or HP and they would have quick turns to boot. This meant it was very tough to kill due to it's healing technique and you had great difficulty in healing yourself due to lack of magic. Death seemed pretty inevitable, especailly if you weren't ready for this thing.

Those were the main annoyances for me. It's funny how most enemies were so ridiculously easy and then suddenly you get a suprise like one of these. Really catches you off guard.

Amen.

**mad.gif mad.gif Expressing extreme hatred toward yin and yang mad.gif mad.gif **

I usually play FFVII on a PSX emulator on my computer with my Playstation discs, and even being able to overclock the frame rate, it still takes for freakin ever to get yin and yang taken care of.

As for moves, I love/hate the truly double-edged sword: KotR.

Let's take ten minutes to do ungodly damage!!! ............................................................... Okay!

Truly a great thing to have, but not to use over and over. Again, on the emu overclocked, it still takes a good 20-30 seconds, which, when everything else happens in a split second, feels like forever.

And that would be my rant.

Even if they are the worst characters ever, don't you think Tifa is pretty damn hot?

So what if video game characters aren't real?

I guess, but the effectiveness of a character can only be fully utilized through the skills of the player.

I've never had any trouble with either of them dying, so they're not that annoying to have in the party.

BTW, I hate those pumpkin heads in the mansion. Their funny breath makes me laugh and lose concentration. [I'm just bored here.]

Haha yeah. The same thing happens with those big giants in the crater and Battle Square when they use Moon Wars. I think: "Oh right yeah... if Moon Wars ever comes up in Pictionary, I'll know what to draw."

Come to think of it, there are loads of obscure enemies in this game. What about those swinging chain guys, like evil mermaids or something. And those toasters (or something) that shoot fireballs at you - like one certain toaster I used to have in my flat happy.gif.

Well my least favourite monster is the Yin-Yang in the Shinra Basement... Why the three minute wait for him to cheer up?

Ahaha, those mermaid guys. LOL it's hilarious seeing them try to get back on the chain.

I haven't played FF7 in years, so I can't really remember which monster annoys the crap out of me.

If I have to recall, it's those little frogs with their little frog punch. I hate turning into a frog >_>. It's kinda fun though to have a frog fight though.

The monsters that I think are the worst have to be the Materia Keeper I always get killed by Trine mad.gif. And then at TOA the Demon wall is always a challenge for me cause I never use Aeris so I have to level her up after the 1st boss fight. As for the optional boss battles I think that its a tie between the Emerald and Ruby Weapons for the hardest.
