cyan has sword tech, sabin has blitz, celes has runic etc

what would you give kefka? i'd give him 'Psycho Rage' where he goes into a wild rage for 2 - 3 turns causing major damage to everything including himself, cannot be reflected but does not kill, causes damage depending on health of victim.

Kefka should have a developing list of spells (Fallen One, etc.) that drain HP instead of MP, or possibly require sacrificing an ally.

One Feather

Graphic: The one feather on Kefka's jester hat starts to glow, getting so bright that it fills the screen with light. When the light sibsides, there are feathers floating down all over the screen. (think the effect of the Fairy summon in FFT)

Effect: All party members' MP is instantly filled to max capacity, while HP drops to zero for all but one of them, randomly chosen.

Would anyone ever use that ability? It hurts you far more than it helps, unless he's by himself and can just use it as a free MP-up.

The question is what ability would you give Kefka, not what ability would you like to see for your party.

I'd give him something destructive to reflect how he wants to destroy the world. Maybe he'd take the HP from one of his allies, and use it to damage the enemies in a fiery explosion.

Kefka spouts foul words which damage the enemies ears, randomly selected, each foul word has it's own damage value based on his magic stat, although a critical hit can occur, but only with Celes in the party.
Celes will stab him and he does damage to all enemies, directly proportional to the damage Celes did to him.

Good old CoN

I'd give him the Rage ability, modified of course so that it only does a few certain attacks like Fire/Ice/Bolt 3, Ultima, Hyperdrive, Flare, Pearl (Holy), etc. It would also cast stuff like protect and Life 3 on him. Yeah he'd be basically a God, but isn't that what he's supposed to end up being anyway?

How about the "ENLIGHTENMENT!" ability, wherefore Kefka can, with a snap of his fingers, make multitudes of Sephiroth fanboys instantaneously realize that there was someone who had both a cooler Final Battle theme (Dancing Mad >>> One Winged Angel!!) AND cooler villian-nesss-ery overall!! _^_^_^
