Chocobos are so adorable! I love them and I think they would be such a neat pet to have since they lay eggs

I"m most definitely a "Kweh!" girl. XD
Now if it were a contest between "kweh" and "kupo," THEN I'd be in a dilemma... |

I voted Wark for coolness, but Kweh is still cute for the soft side.

I've vote Kweh.
I pretty much had to, as I've caught myself saying it a few times in inappropriate settings to express dissapointment or frustration. As in: "Your car is being towed." "Kweh...." For the record: I'm probably pronouncing it wrong. I've been doing it like I would "meh." Only, "Kweh" -------------------- If you've been mod-o-fied, It's an illusion, and you're in-between. Wark and Kweh are used in a number of games, really. It just depends on the game and what translation, though there are too many for me to all list here.

I personally liked "Wark!" the best. Worst chocobo noise was from FF2us "Cooc Cooc". Ugh.
FF7's Chocobo wark sound was so cute, btw. Quote No, sir. In the RPGe fantranslation and the PlayStation translation of FF5, chocobos went "Wark", and in the GBA remake they went "Kweh" instead. Kweh is from FFV...er...right? This post has been edited by NeoEx-Death on 26th November 2006 21:13 |

I like wark the best. Just because of how it's spelled, kweh tends to seem like a kind of strangled sound.

Quote No, sir. In the RPGe fantranslation and the PlayStation translation of FF5, chocobos went "Wark", and in the GBA remake they went "Kweh" instead. Ahh, yes. I have played FFV-A more recently than the fan translation. Thanks for the correction. Wark! does sound more emphatic than Kweh! -------------------- "You broke my f***ing sitar, mother f***er." -Anton A. I have to say "kweh". Kweh seems like more of a birdlike noise than wark.

I use both of them in real life.
"James stop acting like an idiot" "Wark!" "Stop making chocobo noises!" "Kweh!" "You're annoying!" " Kweh! Wark!" "..." I had to choose Kweh though because when I say Wark it just doesn't sound right... This post has been edited by FinalFantasyFreak on 29th November 2006 22:14 -------------------- "Now! This is it!
