Ester in Disc 3

Anyone know EXACTLY where ester is in Disc 3 i cant find her anywhere and as a result i cant race or get the materias that you can win from that section (EXP plus, Gil plus)
Im starting to think my agme is corrupted or have i missed something please help  |

As I recall, she only comes out to speak to you on disk 3 when you win a decent number of races when racing your own chocobos. But you don't actually need to speak to her for any reason on disc 3.

You don't have to win any races she is there on disc three if you wanna race chocobos or not.

You do not have to wait till disc 3 though, on disc 2 once you get Cloud back and start getting Chocobos she is there. My last time around I got the Gold Chocobo in the 2nd disc which is harder without the W-Item Materia but is not to difficult if you have no life like me.

The first time you see her is after you defeat Dine in corel prison
After that she is in gold saucer ,in the chocobo racing area |
