Which Outfit of Tifa's Do You Prefer?

I was just kinda curious which outfit of Tifa's my fellow FF fans preferred. Personally, I like her original outfit better than her Advent Children one. First off, it accentuates her features a lot better than the AC one. Also, I liked her with longer hair and the whole "dolphin tail." That just added to her beauty!

The whole dolphin tail and long hair thing is what did me in too, I picked her original outfit.

I liked both, but in AC her hair is flat, so I wouldn't like it "paired" with the shorts. So for me it depends, I nulled.

i liked both but i thought the original looked nicer on her. the AC one made her look like a badass (which was awesome) and the VII one made her look hot (which was also awesome)

For the same reason that The Beatles own Nirvana, and Nirvana owns Coldplay, etc., you can't beat the oldies. Game outfit.

AC clothes, although in the game i like her hairdo more (I wear my hair in a dolphin tail

I believe that AC outfit is more conducive toward ass-kicking; miniskirts do limit your range of motion. Also, the original made Tifa into a sex object for fanboys when she is a deeper character than that. AC, hands down.

I also preferred AC's costume. It helped her become a deeper character rather than just a sex symbol. On a side note, I'm also very glad they didn't make her breasts huge like they were in the character art. That would've been disasterous.

The AC one was much more appropriate for the teenage audience. Even though I'll never watch Advent Children, atleast she dresses better than the original game version, which in fact made her look more like a broke half-nude person rather than an expert martial artist. But then again I've seen other fighting game women dress even worse.

Honestly, i like both outfits, but i'll still have to pick the original. A lot of people immediately felt the outfit screamed sex symbol, but after playing the game, i really appreciated Tifa as a well rounded and realistic character, and i think the outfit is part of her kick-ass personality as well. For some reason, i always thought that her boxing gloves, skirt and dolphin tail(which is really cool), just went together very nicely.
Thumbs up for the AC one as well, but whether realistically physically proportioned or not in the game, FF7 did introduce and develop her personality very nicely  , and the outfit will always be part of the game, whether gamers like it or not. |

Funny I always thought Tifa was wearing shorts and not a skirt...meh? Anyway, I prefer the AC outift, just cause.

I'm not even voting because I just can't choose, but I wanted to comment that she wears shorts, not a skirt, in the game, though she has a combo skort thing going in the movie. check the character art, even big boobed, unbalanced Tifa knows high kicks and round houses can't be done in a mini-skirt.

And, um, actually, I've rarely if ever found a skirt with shorts in 'em, and when I have, they've tended to be bulky-ish or long. It's nigh impossible to wear shorts with a miniskirt, or have them attached, and not have them show all the time. They'd have to be as skimpy as panties, which kind of defeats the purpose. I prefer the original outfit, but that's primarily 'cuz it made her look hot (or as hot as a video game sprite could be).
