I've unlocked the battle at the Nelveska Temple, I have Worker 8, Reis and Beowulf but whenever I walk onto the Tempe Dot, nothing happens. This is perplexing to me. I'm sure the reason is right under my nose, but for whatever reason, I can't seem to find it! I went back to Goug and everything, no dice. If anyone has any clue what is going on, I would be sincerely grateful for whatever help you can bring.

The battle only opens up after you uncover Besrodio's second contraption ("heavenly globe") in Goug. If Mustadio isn't in your party for one reason or another, it won't cue and you fight the battle. I don't suppose Musty's bitten the big one from the time you got Worker-8 to the present, has he?

I'd never let good ole Mustadio kick the can! I'm thinking I figured out what I did wrong, or to be accurate, have yet to do. I don't think I'm far enough along in the game. Or maybe I am and there is a glitch, we shall find out soon enough. |

The first time I played FFT, I got a bad copy that would trigger random encounters on Fovoham Plains but the game would just crash instead of loading. Ii have a bad feeling you may have a defective copy that just isn't loading Nelveska Temple. Maybe someone else can help you, maybe check the walkthrough at the main page to see if you missed a step, but if it's still not working, you may need a new copy of the game. You might actually have an easier time of fixing the glitch at it's worst than actually finding a copy of this game though, it's kinda rare now. I was so mad I bought it second hand for $60 a couple of months before it was rereleased as a Greatest Hit for $20.
