I'm working on a second playthrough of X-Men Legends, plus going back to my old Disgaea and La Pucelle: Tactics files (I've beaten Disgaea, but I never got around to finishing LPT). Sometime this week I'll probably pick up Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories, after which I probably won't be online (or even out of my house) for several days.

I just picked up Paper Mario 2, so I'm giving that a whirl. I just finished Max Payne, which was a huge pain in the rear thanks to Rockstar's typical illogical mission requirements. (You have to shoot a cable holding a tower upright. The cable is impervious to all damage until you've killed all the guys shooting at you. After that, the tower doesn't fall over on its own, even in the heavy winds, but if you pop it a few times with your pea shooter, that's enough to knock it over...)

lately just been mudding... something I can do both home and at work, so kinda works out.

Excellent MUD if anyone is interested.... close to AD&D rules, great areas/scripts/AI, many quests etc.
Best mud I've found in the 11 years I've been playing them.

Beth, PM2 is a GREAT GAME! I beat it in like a week because I just could not stop playing it. It really is awesome. It's pretty easy once you get the Hammerman badge and a handful of Power Hammer badges, but it's still really fun.

Lasz, I just finished playnig X-Men Legends II for the second time. Juggernaut FTW! That game just doesn't get old to me, especially when playing multiplayer with good friends. ("Do you know who I am?! I'm the Juggernaut!!!")

As for myself, I've been playing Timesplitters: Future Perfect a lot recently, because I've felt the need to play a good FPS for a change. I'm still playing tons of SSBM, though, as usual, and I've stopped playing Diablo II since my brother got banned, so I'm currently looking for a computer game substitute. I was comtemplating WC3, but idk anybody who plays it.

right now i'm trying to see if i have enough money for wild arms, wild arms3, a ps2, chrono cross, parasite eve, a wii, SSBmelee, and twilight princess.

I definately want to get wild arms and parasite Eve, a wii and some gamecube games.
But until i get any of them I doubt I'll be playing anything
'cept maybe chrono trigger.

Tekken Dark Ressurection for PSP is the best handheld game I've ever played. The best graphics of any handheld game I've played, barely any loading times (something the PSP has been notorious for) and flawless awesome fighting mechanics that no handheld title has ever even SNIFFED before. Im addicted to this game, I spent all my crack money to buy it, so that's a good thing. Im a Soul Calibur man when it comes to 3D fighters, so until Soul Calibur PSP comes out, this is gonna be my baby. Everyone should get this.

Ok. I'm working on Neverwinter Nights for the umpteenth time. But I'm trying to do a interesting twist. I found that there is a module for the game that is the prologue for the very first Final Fantasy. It was very well done with all the monsters giving the right gold, townsfolk saying what they say in the game, etc.

Well, I thought I would take the enormous task of building a module for it about FFIV since I haven't seen one of those yet. I think it would be neat to have the game with the gameplay of the Neverwinter Nights series.

Obviously this project is taking forever. With work and a kid, I think I might get done by the turn of the century. But if anybody has any good ideas for it, let me know. I'd love to hear some.

Ever since it came out this past Tuesday (well, technically Monday), I've been concentrating on 'n' off on Star Fox Command. It's definitely the most nonlinear Star Fox game since Star Fox and Star Fox 64 (it has nine different endings, hey), but most o' the alternate paths/options can't be accessed/chosen 'til the second playthrough. Plus, it's certainly introduced quite a bit more challenge than what the series has seen in a great while.

The only potential downfall is that it takes a li'l getting used to, especially if you've neglected stylus dependency with past DS games (i.e, in those that offer both stylus AND D-pad/button control configurations, for instance). I say this 'cause Star Fox Command is, with the exception of firing regular (or plasma) ammo, completely reliant on the stylus and thus shoots up the learning curve for lazy button-sticklers like me. Everything from flying and flippin' to U-turns and, yes, even barrel-rolling (which also attracts nearby power-ups like a magnet these days), is done through the wonders of a joystick on a magical, 3D plane. Aside from that, each mission is carried out with a single fighter; although the interactive (for a change) world map is maneuvered in a teamlike manner, all combat is done solo.

Course, if ya can get past all the new oddities gameplaywise - which really shouldn't take you more than a few hours at most - it'll prove to be a worthy Star Fox title with one of the better plotlines, a good amount of challenge, high replay value, more required strategy than ever, online Wi-Fi multiplayer fun, and only a minimal case of any typical, repetitive objectives.

I will say, however, that I'm still yearnin' for a truly, truly traditional Star Fox game - one like the first two, that is. But, I suppose this newest one is the closest Nintendo's gonna get as long as they continue gettin' OTHERS to develop 'em (although Argonaut Games did a spectacular job on the SNES original).

Ramblin' finally aside, I've been replaying Bahamut Lagoon... again. I'm up to one of the umpteen million points in the game where I fight sidequest battles seemingly endlessly; this one's right before the second-to-last Alexander battle (the final battle, to be specific).

well since it's my senior year at high school and most classes consist of sitting around for prolonged periods of time, I brought my gameboy along and started playing my bro's favorite game super mario world. ironically this was one of the first games we ever owned(on the snes) but i have never beaten it.
and it's just because, back then midway through my playthrugh I ended up playing megaman or Zelda.

All Roms:

FE6: I'm at Chapter 5

Metroid Zero Mission: I just reached the Ridley area (not boss)

Mario Golf for the GBC: I'm playing as kid and I just beat Grace, making me the undisputed champion of the Palm Course!

I still dabble with Rhythem Tengoku (I'm sure you've all heard enough about that smile.gif )

And I still wait patiently for that Mother 3 patch...

I finally unlocked Dante Must Die! in Devil May Cry 3, so I'll be working on and off there for awhile. I'm also playing Shadow of the Colossus again, because I finished it months ago and decided it was worthy of a second glance - now that it's Greatest Hits, you have NO EXCUSE not to play it. Okami is the most beautiful PS2 game of 2006, but SotC definitely won the award in '05.

Edit
Oh, and I'm still working on FF V for... undisclosed reasons....

For now:

(SNES)
- Batman Returns (Really fun beat 'em up game! Too bad it's a little underrated. I take atleast 30 minutes to clear the whole game.)
- Clock Tower (Got all endings including ending S, but I like discovering stuff around.)
- Final Fantasy 5 (Gonna try to make the best of it by starting new games and then getting far and beating each and everyone of them till I get FF5 Advance. heart.gif heart.gif heart.gif)
- Super Metroid
- Super Castlevania 4

(NES)
- Mega Man 5
- Final Fantasy 3

Update:

FFX -Penance,Dark Aeons-Completed
FFX-NSG (No Sphere Grid)-Completed
FFVIII-Start of Second Disk-Started Playing FFIV (Got Distracted)
FFIV-Last Dungen once again distracted by another game (FFIX)
FFIX-Middle of Second disk

Iv decided im not going to start any more games tongue.gif The reason everything is jumbled up is my and friends are using same game disks so some ppl are at different places and need different things so iv had to wait to get things back and became sidetracked. But im really pleased with beating my first "Challange" for a game that being a NSG.

Ater I finish up Metroid:ZM, I'm going to play the SNES ROM of Harvest Moon. I decided to choose that one because it is the less deep than the GBA one and GBC one, and I really sucked the last time I played the SNES one (At the end of the 1st year I had a tiny farm, and the girl I wanted to fall in love with only had two or three hearts)

I just played through a good portion of the SNES Star Ocean recently...and I thought it was a decent game from what I played. I know quite a few people who like it.
