In my oppinion, this is both the best and worst knife ever

Best for one reason: equipped on a ninja with Sword Dance

this gem has saved me many times

Worst for tons: Jitterbug or Wonderwaltz on Zombies. or Tempt Tango on bosses. its a waste of a turn

this has killed me many times when i forget to take off Bonemail.

what are your oppinions?

I think it's pretty awesome myself. I just like things with random effects. xD

100% agreed Sword dance can lay some waste, but the other three really aren't worth it
i think the creators knew that, that's probably why dancer has such bad stats to start and then towards the end dancer gets items that increase the chance of sword dance.

Now here dance is wrapped in a knife
definastely some more guaranteed damage dealing combos once could be using instead.

Edit
actually you know what, chicken knife is the best, it can only get stronger, abd can be used with magic sword.

To be expected, considering Cait Sith is your favorite (i.e., "Dice" wink.gif )

I really like this knife. The first time I danced, I was seriously confused, considering nothing told me I would do that, but eventually, I realized it was the 'cursed' knife.

There's something really great about a Ninja killing all just by adding a dance before striking. laugh.gif

This is one of my favorite weapons, simply because I dealt 6500 damage to the Hiryuu Plant with Sword Dance because of it. It is a freakin beastly attack. Assuming you use Sword Dance once every four turn, it pays off (unless you miss or something stupid like that). For me, it appears more like half the time, so it is extremely worthwhile in my opinion, especially when paired with Flare Sword. I do like 7k-8k with that beast.

Yes, but it has a high chance of forcing your characters to try and flee only through the Fight command. Funny how it doesn't even attempt to flee whenever you use !Capture or !MagicSwrd.

In my opinion, the Dancing Knife is really, really good. But it falls compared to Chicken Knife. Sword Dance and Tempting Temptango are really, really useful. Whenever I go to the Pyramid, I always make sure I don't have it equipped. </3

The Dancing Dagger is one of my favorite weapons. Not just for Sword Dance (which I love using wth Ninjas equipped with that weapon that attacks twice in the other hand), but also because of the challenge. It's only a drawback in the Hiryuu valley where there's undead. -CSM

Yeah, I think it's actually a pretty useful weapon.

I think it's a good weapon, but I don't really like the random factor. For me, it's a good weapon to equip on character that won't be using
!Fight anyway, since it gives nice stat boosts. In addition, you can double the succes rate of Sword Dance as soon as World 1 with the Lamia's Tiara.

I just realized that with two weapons equipped, Sword Dance attacks twice. Sweet - it's really nice to have at this point. How about a TwinLance to make it even better?
