i could use some info on the steal as well Materia i cant find it in Wutai thanks

you have to get the leviathan scales from the underwater reactor (during the huge materia quest on disc 2), its in the seccond chest beside the grey submarine, on the left. You use the leviathan scales in the cave at the cliff part of wutai that you couldn't get to before, use it on the fire that blocks your path.
it lets you steal as well as use another materia (i.e. a magic or summon i think). what more do you want to know!!?
