where can i find the monster that has white and what is its name

It's near Junon in the grass area, it's a green thing with wings, I dont remember the name, but you have to manipulate it and have it cast White Wind on your party, or something like that. It's a trickier one.

You'll notice a huge chunk of data, all about Enemy Skill. For each spell you want to learn, it has links to see the enemies that teach it, including where generally to find them.

But then, I'm sure some people won't notice it even then, because asking a question and waiting for the answer is much easier than finding it yourself.
