Hey, so we all know about the fastest times for beating emerald weapon and the ways to do it.But what is your fastest time for beating ruby weapon mine is 6 minutes 15 seconds whats yours?

I know some Cait Sith Worshippers have beaten Ruby in under a minute.

i think mine was about 3 mins 41 seconds.

I used lucky 7's with double quadra comet aswel as using limit , i later relised i could have done quicker using counter/mimes but havent got around to doing it, very anoying hoping the tentacles take mp not hp. not at all! hero drinks took care of it. i w-itemed on my first turn, he hit me so i mimed it 3 times. thats about 8 hero drinks. i did one more. he hit me. so thats 16 of them. (i only wanted to do ten but oh well) then i used Ungermax on the tentacles. he hit me, i kept miming it and he died eventually, i had to take a couple turns to kill the others first though. running shoes work wonders!

The only strategy I use on Ruby is the Hades/Knights W-Summon strategy, which needless to say, takes much more than three minutes. Why would you need to use 10 hero drinks im confused isnt using 4 the cap or am i wrong? After four Hero Drinks are used, they will not raise your stats any higher.

oh really? that sucks...i didnt know that......thanks!
i just decided ten should be enough to do max damage ( i had missing score with eden coat and a bunch o' materia)....and it did! 9999 dmg each time -------------------- Aujourdhui a commence avec toi. |

just use materia like luck plus, or hp plus. independant and commands only. you dont really need magic. just use the w-item trick if you get in a bind and use elixers
