Whats your favorite part/chapter/episode/scene in the game.
My favorite is the whole wall market part near the beginning of the game, i enjoyed getiing all sorts of different combinations for the outfit, and I thought the town set up was awsome. And I always enjoy little diversions including food. Such as the diner, (or the castle kitchens in chrono trigger for out of game references) It's the little touches that make the game even more enjoyable. -------------------- Ff7 current game progress:Just finished the underwater reactor, on to rocket town! |

Ah. the final battle against sepiroth. Somehow, I managed to get all the way to the end of the game (minus the first disc) in the summer after first grade, and got to face sepiroth. Ok, so I have to use three parties, so I have no clue what to do, so I just keep unleashing on him, and I eventually figured it out. By the time I finally killed him, Cloud was the only one alive, barely clinging to life. THen comes safer sepiroth. I got wiped out before I could attack. SO I didnt see the end of the game, ever! Well on my own at least. Last year I saw my friends friend beat it with Kotr, and the victory seemed very cheap at best. But the amv was awsome.

When you are in control of Tifa, go to get Yuffie, some intersting statements made by yuffie.
Also take Cait Sith with you to Mideel when you go to look for cloud. Cait Sith has some of my favorite quotes in the game. When Aeris Possible spoilers: highlight to view dies Nothing really against her, I just felt it was neccessary to the storyline, added a lot of emotion to the story. Plus Aeris' level 3-4 limits were too helpful. When Cid, realizes how he, like outer space, is cold. Well a colld-hearted jackass Possible spoilers: highlight to view to shera in his case. When palmer Possible spoilers: highlight to view gets hit by a truck Some of Cid's various quotes throughout the game. -------------------- "Have you ever seen a baby do that before?" |

Hrm. Defeating the Weapons, doing Gaea's Cliff (though that may be only because ANYTHING was better than the snow maze), and Yuffie's sidequests. Also, when the team leaves Midgar. I was stuck in the Wall Market forever, because I couldn't figure out what to do. Then, I got stuck in the Shinra building forever, because the second elevator boss always killed me

I liked the raid on Shin-Ra, and the car chase that followed. That really started the game for me.

This is what I posted in the previous thread of this
When Cloud and Tifa fall into the Lifestresm together. It's a beautiful scene where Cloud and Tifa's relationship gets close and it's very touching. The story really unfolds here as FF7 players would know. Plus after you get to breed Chocobos and a lot of FF7's secrets are open to you. And the Highwind is active! |

My favorite scene was when Barret decked Biggs right into the screen, with marlean saying " yea, you strong!". haha, poor biggs. But a sad scene also, was finding out that biggs, wedge, and jesse where are crushed by sector 7.

One of my favorite moments (I can't thing of my most favorite at the moment...) is when you sneak into Junon, and Aerith sees the Airship, then later, Cloud tells her one day, he'll take her for a ride on one.

I think the single part of the game that I like the most is when, on the return to Midgar, you encounter the Turks on the rails. It just struck me as the point that most succintly defines their personality.
That, and I've always loved the Turks. -------------------- I shall now return to my cave |

Overall, i love the whole of FF7, its set-up, its progression, the story, the world that it takes place in, never fails to fascinate me anyway.
Somehow, i liked the part when Cloud and co. first go to Nibelheim, the unraveling of the events there will always be memorable to me, especially with all the confusion over what happened, and how everything doesn't seem to have changed. That was really intriguing. And the part in the Northern Cave after climbing Gaia's Cliff, that was absolutely awesome. Especially with the Nibelheim(again) illusion. The part where Cloud and Tifa were in the lifestream, and how Cloud's subconscious was portrayed, that was incredibly meaningful on several levels. Finally, just going deep into the Northern Crater and exploring every bit of it at the final stages of the game rocked. It was hellish, and gorgeously rendered at the same time. Meh, i probably sound like some overzealous fanboy, but honestly, FF7 has left a deep impression on me and i don't think that i'll ever want to stop playing it. |
