im trying to get the cats bell and i have no clue what im supposed to do besides what CoN said with chocobo races. can anyone help?

It's a prize make sure you're competing in a high class like A or S.

You'll even get it afer you win a certain amount of races, Estar will give it to you in a group package with other items. That only happens in S class. So you have multiple opportunities to get it.

Yuo buy the most expensive greens from the chocobo sage, it'll stop gaining stats after it eats 20 of them.
