I had been concentrating on my lil half-assed story's characters so much that I felt like doing stuff outside of that, at least for a while. So over the past few days I came up with this series of sketches.

I realize the chick ain't all that remarkable and I'm well aware that her right forearm is too long. In this case, she really wasn't my focus; rather, the outfit was. It was something that I kind of visualized in my head and wanted to try to put down on paper. I finished it with a silly magical weapon thingy that really doesn't make sense, but there you go.

The beefed-up ninja guy was some character I concieved of many years ago but couldn't properly put down on paper cuz, back then, I totally sucked at musculature. Now that I don't suck so much at it anymore, I decided to go back to him and see what I could do.

Next I just felt like drawing some random skinny guy with unkempt hair and, since I still had space on the page, well...

**Sigh** It felt good to do this sort of thing again .

That is looking alright. The edges on the knucles look too pointy, but it's your style. The 1st character to the left has no sign of kness..

What really concerned me is the middle character looks like he's not wearing anything to cover his crotch

Pretty cool the one to the right. But you should definitely add some clothing to the crotch section of the middle character. He looks like he had an awful sex change :/

Nice job tho.


EDIT: Oh it's just a ninja.. I thought it was some wrestler with only a hood on the head as clothing and a cloth belt. But still the knees and muscles makes it look naked.

The points you see there are the index fingers slightly raised over the other fingers, and yeah, that's usually how I draw my fists. And the knees are hidden behind the hanging cloth. Beyond that, she ain't the best; again, the chick wasn't my focus there.

I suppose you have a point in that I didn't give a whole lot of indication that he was wearing anything, although if I truly wanted him to be naked, you would have seen lots more, trust me .

Um...gargoyles? I am a fan of the Disney series.

I guess you could call the next group head studies or whatever. For the first three, I wanted to try to draw **ahem** yours truly without visual aid (photo, mirror, etc.) and see what I could come up with. I guess the result was fair enough, but, really, I'm HARDLY that good looking . The old man was just an attempt to draw as realistically as I possibly could. Then I through on the ghost thingies for good fun, heh.

Very, very interesting I like the first and last post you've submitted so far. The last has a very interesting character on the righthand side. I didn't in particular like the gargoyle one much - though.

They are really good though. I can't draw for anything...
