What can u do with the letter u get out the painting of the Ghestal in Ownzers house?
It says something about a star shaped mountain range. |

I'm not sure, but i think it points you towards the Phoenix Cave. If i'm wrong, just look here.

It indeed points you towards the Phoenix Cave, located north of Tzen. (Whatever the name of the town is you find Sabin.) You have to land on it with the airship. More info available in the walkthough.
And I remember a NPC mentioning something about a letter from the Emperor...or maybe I'm just not remembering correctly. -------------------- |
