i dont know if its too late, but....
i can go fight sephiroth in the northern cave and i hadnt seen the extra scenes so.... im in nibleheim masion in the library/basement thing and i dont see any scenes....is something wrong with it? -------------------- Aujourdhui a commence avec toi. |

Um most sources say that you can see the flashback anytime after you get cloud back, so it's either your game or else its not possible to see it after going into the crater.

Possible spoilers: highlight to view If I remember correctly, it shows when and how Cloud and Zack escaped. Zack takes down the guy who fed them while they were in the tanks, and they leave. Then, you see them in the back of a truck on the way to Midgar. Cloud's out of it, but Zack is talking about how he and Cloud are going to become mercenaries once they get there. Next scene, it's outside Midgar, and Zack is running from something, trying to pull Cloud along. He sits him down, runs back, you hear gunfire and a sword slicing through someone, and back comes Zack, trying to help Cloud get away. Zack gets shot several times, he falls, and some Shinra guys come and shoot him in the head several times more. They leave Cloud, saying he isn't even fully conscious yet, and therefore not worth the time, and Cloud gets up, grabs Zack's sword, and has one of his mental episodes. That's the end of it, as far as I can remember. It's been awhile since I saw it, so if something's not right, forgive me. But, there ya go. I think the scene becomes un-available in Disc 3,although i'm not 100% sure I might look on the web cus i remember some webs saying something about it....wait doesn't CoN tell you?

Mmm, I don't think it's after you're on Disk 3, because that's when I always view it. However, I've never gone in the Crater unless I'm finishing the game, so I'm not sure. Perhaps that is it. I'll have to experiment, I guess.

The only way i could activate it was to go over to the holding tanks and examine them then it kicked in.
