The first i got was Yuffies when i went to the Gelnika during disc 2 and i found it(after getting many game overs.)

I got Aerith's weapon first but that don't count, eh? I got Cloud's first.

I got Vincent's first. It was my first time playing; the name 'Ultimate Weapon' scared me too much to try and kill him, I died every time I stepped foot on the Gelnika, and most of the others, I either didn't know about or didn't use the characters enough to care. However, I accidentally found Lucrecia's cave on the third disk and got his weapon. Of course, I had only had him for about 10 minutes when I found it, so once I saw how weak it was, I...sold it. Thought it was just something to take up inventory space.

It does get better, but can easily be called the crappiest of the Ultimate Weapons. (I'm not spending hours powering it up to do 9,999 damage a pop when others can do that right away.

I think I got Red XIII's Ultimate Weapon first. Simply because it is presented through the storyline (no need to be sidetracked).

The first i got was Cloud's because i wanted to get revenge on Ultimate Weapon for

i got yuffies cuz its just kinda lying in a ship waiting to be found the moment you have the sub... not exactly hard to just go get it since theres not really any prerequisite other than the sub unlike say Tifa's where you have to regain entrance into midgar... or whats left of it anyways
