Every time i try to beat him he just uses aire tam storm, and by then my pheonix/final attack is gone!

Aire Tam Storm is based upon how much materia each character is wearing. So my advice is to have one character with only one or two materia. Also, you could try mastering your final attack revive combo so that you could have it on the other two characters. |
