Uh... you can't.
A savestate is essentially a dump of the game's memory. There is NOTHING in there that can be reconstituted by using the other parts as reference. It also depends on which emulator you're using. No two savestates are alike. Some emulators compress their savestates and many maintain a checksum to make sure you don't mess with them.
