This has been bugging me. You know how data transfer in GS2 can be transferred from GS by a link cable or a password? Well, how do you get the password? What tells you the password? It seems pretty useless to me. Nobody I've talked to seems to know. (And I do know there are a few people who've played GS here.)
What's the point of the darn password system? ![]() -------------------- |

The point of the password system is to send experience, equipment, and Djinn data from your Golden Sun cart to your Golden Sun: TLA cart, as your TLA party joins up with the original party after awhile. I remember there was a certain button combination you had to press to access the password, though; lemme take a minute to check.
Quote (the Golden Sun Codes and Secrets page on gamefaqs) Send option After finishing the game once, at the title screen, hold the R button and Left on the D-pad, then press B. A new option will appear on the right called 'Send''. This allows you to transfer your clear data to a Golden Sun: The Lost Age cartridge by either a password, or by using a GBA link cable. Here's a link. There, that should be all you need. Next time try gamefaqs first, please. -------------------- |
