I'm always wondered this. Why do some members have + signs or @ sign in front of their name on the Board statistics screen that shows who's on the forum? For example, Ranger51 is @Ranger51, and Mimic is +Mimic

Thought sure I'd explained this at some point before, but couldn't find it. In any event, they are indicitive of staff levels at the site. People familiar with IRC chat recognize the symbols, I'm sure.
