Does anyone have FE ROMs that did not come out in Japan in a translated format (which is all but Path of Radience, Blazing Sword, and Sacred Stones). I am NOT asking for a site to get the ROMS, I want to know if a translated version of Roms exists. (If this is a problem mods and admins, please let me know.) Could you say which Fire Emblem, and how translated is it? I have a ROM of the SNES remake of the original with Marth in it, but only the dialouge is tranlated My friend also gave me Trachia 776, but it's in full Japenese.

You can find excellent, nearly complete translations for Sword of Seals (GBA, starring Roy) and Geneology of the Holy War (SNES, starring Sigurd and Celice). The SNES remake you're talking about is Mystery of the Emblem, and it has a partial translation sitting around somewhere but I'm holding off on that one. Thracia 776, which is kind of a sequel to Geneology of the Holy War, doesn't have a translation patch anywhere near complete, but you should definitely play Holy War before Thracia 776.

Check here for all of the FE patching info you need, and definitely check out Sword of Seals first. It's tied with Blazing Sword to be my favorite in the series.

I downloaded Genology of the Holy War before you posted. It has complete (so far) dialouge and the gameplay tranlation is fine enough to figure it out. Some issues with spacing are evident (as Japenese characters tend to take up less space than english letters), but overall it's not that big of a deal. I found an almost complete patch of Sword of Seals, but I accidently downloaded the Japenese version of Sacred Stones instead (a double whammy when you consider that I already have Sacred Stones in English, and with my 26.6K dial-up connection, it'll take about another 45 min. to download the right version )

OMG! I got the right Rom, and combined with the patch (which is very easy to apply on Visual Boy Advance) it is almost completly translated. I think I'm in love! Genology of the Holy War is fun so far, but you have to get used to their being multiple castles in chapters.
