Cherry and lemon are my favorite pies. I don't really like apple all thet much, except for "special" purposes.

Had a strawberry rhubarb pie last week, by the grace of Elvis, I hope to get another one soon! My new favourite pie! I only had rhubarb crisp in the past. Second is pumpkin. Gotta love the pumpkin.

We were talking about pie... I wanted to start a topic, but it had been done.
Anyhow, my favorite pie has to be Strawberry Rhubarb. I've never tasted anything quite so awesome. Not in a baked good anyhow. The problem is, I don't get to eat it nearly as much as I might like to. I'm also partial to Apple Pie. The second place trophy goes to Boston Chocolate Cream Pie. My aunt makes, like, sheets of it. It's so outrageously palatable. The problem is, it's got an obscene amount of butter in the (graham cracker  ) crust. Too many calories. -------------------- If you've been mod-o-fied, It's an illusion, and you're in-between. Anything with a ghram cracker crust is fantabulous.
For those of you who agree, keep in mind that the crust is made with 2 ingredients: Crushed up ghram crackers Butter Melt butter, pour into crumbs until they stick together, bake in oven, add filling. Yum. Or skip the add filling part...  Other than that, my grandma makes the best pecan pie on the planet, because pecan pies are her favorite, so it's beyond an art, to a tactic imitating godliness. My favorite kind of pie contains the refined souls of young, helpless cherries. They've given their lives for their country, those poor brave souls.
That, and pecan pie. Which rocks. (Edit: and key lime!!) One thing I can't stand is those sugar-filled pies with brown filling - seems I have a blank and can't remember the name. Too sweet. Sweet stuff = teh lose. After a few bites you're just about ready to switch back to meat and 'taters. Bonoffi. I probably spelled that wrong so I'll explain it. It's gram cracker crust with toffee/caramel filling and whipped cream, bananas slices, and chocolate syrup on top.
