I'll say Dark. I'm a big fan of Dark Magic from FE 6-8, the Silver spells from SoA (which are light and dark, so to speak), and Magus from CT. Also, the Dark spells in SD3 absolutely rule (Summon Demon, Black Curse, Ancient, Death Magic, etc.). That'll do it.

I say light because it is my favorite elemental. It stands for good and righteousness and gives the White Mages a great damage-dealer in their own school of magic.

Yeah I noticed that almost all of those pop up in Sword of Mana. Anyways, I've always been drawn to water. It can be destructive, when it wants to. It can also be healing, and is essential to life. So yeah, water.

Since I always roleplay as people who are attuned with the forestry surroundings, I'll probably have to pick the earth. I usually pick poison when it comes to elements, but I don't think there'll be a poison crystal for quite some time...
