I was doing some google image searches for ff4 pictures.

There are a lot of rather large pictures coming up from www.ffivonline.com.

Unfortunately the site is down, can't get on.

If google's dimensions are correct these would be the highest quality images of ff4 amano art on the internet.

Very interested to know whether any of you have information about this mysterious site.

Thanks,
WGraph

Do a (web) google search for "ffivonline" and you'll get some links to that site. They don't work. But you can still view the cached version of the page. You might not be able to access the pictures you're looking for, but you might be able to dig up some site info that way.

Been snooping around, apparently it "Contains the most Final Fantasy IV information, Images, Artwork you can find anywhere on the net." I would tend to agree based on the "site:www.ffivonline.com" searches I did on google. FF4 sheet music, any kind of info you can name and tons of hig res amano pictures. Damn, I want those pictures. Like I said based on the google dimensions they are (were) very high quality.

EDIT: 71 pictures in total.

Hey, dude, I thought I'd be cute and look up this website on web.archive.org, but no luck, unfortunately. It has the intro page, but the button that leads to "main" leads to a non-archived (ie blank) page. I also mention this partly because I found this site once long ago, but the second time I visited, it was gone. I'd love to see it return.

Yeah, Naimoka is an "artworks sanctuary" for anime and video game concept artists. I managed to grab all their FFVI (huge, high-quality bitmaps) before they started renovating, but not the FFIV. Sorry, yo.

.... ffivonline.com

Was actually one of my friends (and main affiliate) former domains, his site was huge and stuffed with info as you can well imagine. The site itself shot offline about 2-3 months ago yet the domain remains.. so.. not sure how you can remedy that. All the amano artwork he had on his site, is now on my site, which you can find the link easily enough, we shared our site content often happy.gif

Ahh I miss him ; ;

Hey, thanks for the warning about the hentai on the first page of your site! I'm sure our users appreciate it very much, regardless of whether you consider it "good art" or not. I realize that it's not directly stated in the rules that you can't link to sexually charged content, but I would have figured it to be common sense. -R51
