Wacky Monkey Pt. 3: Geez, I Need to Stop Doing These
An Igor-esque pal, and one that's kinda relevant to this time o' year (if the "Igor" thing didn't tip ya off)! I drew it ...uh, I don't remember exactly when, but I ran across it, colored it and opted to throw it up here like some of my past simian depictions. Or shall I just call them fanart? After all, I am a big fan of monkeys, if my last few topics in this forum weren't any indication. And be sure to hand your brains to Axe Monkey on your way out. He'll getcha if you don't... ![]() -------------------- Words of Wisdom: If something can go wrong, it will. If anything simply cannot go wrong, it will anyway. For a psychotic axe-wielding monkey, he doesn't have much blood on his weapon...or is that just the ketchup he used when he ate a whole heard of buffalo!? Just don't unleash him before Halloween or you'll scare the kiddies...

That's brilliant. Now only if someone would make Zombie PIRATE monkeys, as opposed to the two being separate.

Igor?
Frankie? Well, I seem to recall Frankie saying something about a monkey. Let's see... http://www.castlevaniarealstory.com/Index6.html And if you're REALLY daring... http://www.castlevaniarealstory.com/Index22.html ...okay, fine, Castlevania's Igor doesn't have the axe. Close enough to a half-macabre half-evil monkey, though. Wait...it isn't a monkey? Never mind that. -------------------- Check the "What games are you playing at the moment?" thread for updates on what I've been playing. You can find me on the Fediverse! *gives brain to Axe Monkey*
Meh, I wasn't really using it anyway. Very good hunchback psycho monkey. I can only spot one real flaw. The eyes are great on this. Blood shot, beedy, and creepy. That with the crrepy smile and the tilt of the heady really give him a crazy scary look. Good stuff. -------------------- -- You're Gonna Carry That Weight -- |

Axe Monkey appreciates the sustenance.
Quote (Rujuken) Very good hunchback psycho monkey. I can only spot one real flaw. Is it the lack of shading on the right end of the axe? 'Cause I noticed that mistake shortly after posting. I actually didn't color that until after finishing Axe Monkey, so I'm not surprised I forgot. If that's not it, then... uh... LOOK OVER THERE!! -------------------- Words of Wisdom: If something can go wrong, it will. If anything simply cannot go wrong, it will anyway. Mmm, nope thats not it. Your shading is always light so I didn't consider that a flaw, but I guess it is a small one. Still not that noticeable.
Its where the wood is supposed to go through the metal of the axe. The metal doesn't appear thick enough so it looks kinda like the metal blade is just sitting on top of the wood instead of wrapping around it. -------------------- -- You're Gonna Carry That Weight -- |
