Speaking of Intangir...HOW THE HELL DOES ONE BEAT IT ON GBA!?
Moderator Edit Nobody was "speaking of Intangir" but you, that I saw. If you have a question that's completely unrelated to the topic, make a new topic. I've seen you do something similar several times now, and it's a bit annoying. -R51 i dont really remember making this topic. I remember in another thread someone mentioned Intangir but.... Im sorry for posting unrelated questions, im new to the forum thing. This post has been edited by Bilbo T Baggins on 4th September 2009 00:07 -------------------- u c wut i did ther? |

I usually use a party of Terra,Sabin,Cyan, and Mog. First cast Stop to make him appear and slow him up a bit. Cyan and Sabin should be using Dispatch (or Fang for GBA user )and Blitz respectively. I use the Suplex technique (or Meteor Strike for the GBA users) with Sabin. As for Terra and Mog I just have them attack. Eventually Stop will wear off and Intangir will cast Meteor followed by Sleep which will make him invisible again. Have Terra and Mog do clean-up duty, make Intangir reappear, rinse and repeat and eventually he will fall. as usual of the Behemoth enemies, he will cast one more Meteor spell before falling. Hope this helps!

I HATED that thing too.
You can beat it only if you're prepared. It's asleep, so if you hit it with magic, it wakes up, uses Meteor, and goes back to sleep. Have Terra and/or Celes for magic attacks and healing(Meteor is daaaaangerous.) Have some healing stuff with you too. And someone with high attack and/or Defense. If you're unlucky, Find one in the Veldt in the later part of the game. Or in the Soul Shrine. Good luck. |

I'm just curious, do wall rings have any effect on meteo? I'd assume not but since I've never fought them I'm curious.

AFAIK reflect has no effect on meteo, ultima most other spells (e. g. X-Zone) which hit more than one target.

Doesn't Meteo also ignore stats?

I just waited until the Soul Shrine to do it...Cast a spell and unleash the Ultima Weapon assault on him. Problem solved.

If they're invisible from a "Vanish" or "Clear" effect, wouldn't "DOOM" just instant-kill it?
EDIT: I've never played the GBA version, but I'm assuming they fixed the Vanish+Doom trick. This post has been edited by sungkwon on 21st September 2009 23:56 |

I believe using Doom would just make him appear, removing his ''Clear'' status, making an insta-kill impossible...
