Mine is probably.. Cecil, Rosa, Kain, Rydia, Edge Right now they are all Lv. 65+ |

I like the original final party: Cecil, Kain, Rydia, Rosa, and Edge. This party strikes a good balance between physical and magical abilities, offensive and recovery/support.

I also enjoy the original party (they seem to be the best choice, at least to me), but I often switch Cain with Porom. (White Mages...

I liked Palom and Porom. I guess my ideal party would be Cecil, Rydia, Palom, Porom, and Edge, but game forces me to use Kain and Rosa....:/

My preferred and favorite party is Kain, Rydia, Cecil, Rosa, and Edge!! O, and right now all my party members have the best equipment plus they are all lv.99!!!!

I reallly, really, REALLY can't stand Edge, so in advance i usually opt him out for either yang or cid (usually yang). So my final party normally consists of rosa, rydia, kain, cecil, and yang.

My favorite group is the original party. It's really balanced, and with top-flight equipment each one of them is dangerously powerful. I'd strongly consider switching out Porom for Rosa, for speed reasons, but I like Miracle too much and the Perseus bow and arrow set makes her WAY more useful on the general offensive.

I like the party you have in the end, Kain, Cecil, Edge, Rydia and Rosa, although I'd consider dumping cecil in favour of Yang should Yang deal similiar damage and have comparable HP.

I had a hunch I'd posted in such a topic before, and I was right. How interesting that within my post there, I also made reference to yet another thread with the same topic.
(And how interesting that I found it by searching for a "party".) Anyway, for the third time, it's Cecil, Rosa, Rydia, FuSoYa, and either Edge or Edward. I go for a traditional party with Edge swapped out: Cecil, Kain, Yang, Rosa, and Rydia. Yang can offer so much more power and I don't really care for Edge.

honestly i think edge is the most hated character in FF4.

Porom Cecil Rosa Edward A note about Edward the hide trick and berserk rocks. Even without it, with Appolo's harp he can do like 9999 dmg to undead and 1500-2000 against normal enimies. So ofcourse I have Edward. And Kain, well he's just plain Badass. Cecil, I would'nt change him if you could. Rosa, well I would actually use Palom but I wanna unlock the Lunar Trials. I know it means I only played with 1 party, but I know it would suit me well. (well really 2 on the SNES but y'know.)
