Hi there! I have a problem in FFT
Im in Chapter 4, Got cloud and now im looking his Mataria Blade It's suppose to be in a place called "Bervenia Volcano" But I can't find it:S I only saw Bervenia Trade city...or something:( |

check the tavern i think it tells a rumor about it there, probly will open it up if not sorry but i forget how to do it then.

I've been to the Volcano where Cloud's Materia Blade is at, but it's been a while since I've been there, so I can't remember exactly where it is. And, unfortunatley, I was unable to acquire the weapon.

It's at the very top of the volcano. Equip move-find item and get a soldier up to the very tip top of the volcano, and you'll have your materia blade.

Bervenia Volcano should show up when Chapter 4 starts. It's near Riovanes Castle. And it should show up no matter what, IIRC.

Remember to do it with a guy who has a low brave since move-find item has a better chance to find the better item if your brave is lower.

Yup, the lower the brave the better. Hopefully you'll do it on your first time, Ultimaknight, because there's a death sentence trap waiting for you if you don't.

It should be right by Riovanes Castle and Zeklaus Desert; if it doesn't show up, then that might be a problem. I guess you could always get Materia Blades from ninja, but that might take awhile.

I suggest you listen to every rumor, and complete every Bar Job, I bought 3 seperate Squires to complete these tasks. Usually in the cities they were working for... This definatly makes sure you see all the extra stuff in the game, such as Aerith (Aeris) in this game, the flower girl.
and makes the game play alot longer... and more enjoyable if you like myself enjoyed the story of this game thoroughly... yea the materia blade s at bervenia volcano (or whatever) it is under riovanes you dont even need cloud to get it. it should be open it is betwenn riovanes and what ever is below there on the left side i hope that helps you and i hope you have a lot of fn using cloud he is great(make sure yoy give him short charge(the time mage ablitily) or else it takes to to to to long to use his attacks

Ok I found it' looked at the wrong location

Just thought i'd mention my extreme displeasure in clouds materia blade... it totally sucks and it doesnt even look cool!!!

If you want to make up for it... give him two swords and one is an EXTREMELY powerfull sword and the mareria blade

Instead of Two Swords i would suggest that you equip Short Charge, because the casting time on Cloud's 'limits' are incredibly long, furthermore, once you get Cloud's limit: Finishing Touch, using melee attacks just seem pointless.
this is how i set up Cloud (he is one of my best soldiers) Cloud level 74- Geomancer Elemental Limit Speed Save (If you have the time i would suggest getting blade grasp) Short charge Move +2 (or +3 if you want to bother) Get him the best sheilds a theif hat black costume and a bracer with all that he should be good to go once you level him up that is.
