"Final Fantasy Forever", a compilation of all twelve games in the Final Fantasy series, will be hitting the PS3 along with Final Fantasy XIII sometime in the third quarter of 2008.

The six-disc collection will retail for $149.99 and include a 120 page art booklet with character designs and extra information about each game in the series. Each game will be released in its original form (though Americans will finally be receiving Final Fantasy X International) with no translation changes or graphics updates.

Dude, that is so cool.

And so is that link too. I found it very fun why people are actually making it.

All the extras on disc six look pretty fun, with all the extra animated movies being made involving so many characters from each game I might get it just for that.

Still, it does seem a bit too pricey. dry.gif

I agree with fatman. $150 is just too dang much to pay for a six-disc set of all 12 Final Fantasies. That's a whopping $12.50 a piece! mad.gif

I dunno 12 games for $12.50 each all for the PS3, does seem actually underpriced. Of course, not like i would get it after hearing about the 11 disk set, too much to keep track of.
That does include the versions not many people actually liked.

Ah, I'm happy that this turned out the way it did.

I'm not even going to tell you how long it took me to find FFX (PAL) and have it shipped to the states. Getting a PAL PS2 will be a different story, but I'm glad that I'll (still) be the only American I know with the international version of FFX even though I can't play it yet.

Nice link tho. tongue.gif
