Okay, I've heard mention of an esper named "Testper" well I've never heard of it and the info page does not mention how to get it. so how do I get it and what does it do? The only info given elsewhere on the site is it's name and the magic that it teaches you.
/me is confused because he has played the game 15-20 times and never heard mention of it.  |

well, what does it say? It kills stuff dead. That's what it does. As for how you get it, well, it's kinda hard to explain. Testper... ah yes. You haven't gotten Testper before? Jeesh, I thought everyone has. Hm.. let me think here, I haven't done it in a long assed time, like 5 years. You had to do it before you went to the World of Ruin. When I did it, I had Terra, Locke, Celes, and Shadow in my team, and we were on the freetime before the floating continent. I flew to the Empire House and did... well, I can't remember, but when I left I had a piece of magicite that the Key Items said "had an eerie raidiance". I remember the magicite because I had to ask my mom what raidiance is! Â
 But anyways, that's all I remember, maybe other people can help. |

You gotta find Gary Alvies in the World of Balance, then once you get to the World of Ruin you have to find him again and give him back the Narshe Spear, which you steal from him in the World of Balance when you're playing Locke's scenario.
Once you give it back, he'll be all excited and whatnot, and you can steal Testper from him when he's not looking. |

Yes, but Alvies is also the name of the guy who takes care of Terra when she has the slave crown, which puts more emphasis into Billy's piece of the puzzle. |

I hate to break the topic up, and thereby ruin Rubes' and Tommah's fun, but considering that the guy who takes care of Terra is Arvis, not Alvies, it's safe to say that they're yanking your chains.
