Ok this is probably gonna sound like a stupid question but... I have played through final fantasy 3 and 6 at least once every few months, i can't remember for the life of me how to get the shadow dreams so if anyone could please help me i'd appreciate it

1) Don't leave Shadow in the lurch on floating island. There's another topic round here that deals with that.
2)Get him in the WoR (also dealt with in another topic) 3)Get him in your party 4)Go to an inn and sleep 5)Repeat till satisfied Results may not be immediate and can be sporadic. Consult your doctor. -------------------- |

ohhh you just sleep in random inns? my bad i thought you had to sleep in certain ones with certain things equipped

You can also see them before the World of Ruin, just sleep around (NOT that way) with Shadow and you'll get a couple.

I believe they can all be seen in the WoR, but I thought there were 7 of them.

Other than that I can't quite remember the exact Train Robbery Scene. Of course, I haven't gone through FFVI for a while now. Actually...that's pretty much the only scene I remember all of  -------------------- I find your lack of faith disturbing... |

Baram: Clyde...I'm...done for... F...find me here... Please, Clyde... Dream 2 Walking through a forest: Baram: Yahoooo! We did it, Clyde! Clyde: A million GP! What a blast! I love this! Baram: Guess it's time to change our name. Clyde: Our name? Baram: We need something more... appropriate. Baram(should be Clyde): Such as...? Baram: ... Shadow! Not bad, huh? Clyde: Great train robbers of the century... Shadow...? Dream 3 This takes place in a place that conspiciously looks like the Veldt Cave, where the Striker just happens to be found. Clyde: Open your eyes! Baram: I'm scared...hack, cough... Is...is this MY blood...? Clyde: You're gonna be okay! Baram: I've let you down... I'm sorry... Clyde: Save your strength. We're almost to a town. Baram: You do'nt have to pretend. I know. I've lost... too much blood. Baram: Get going! I'm gonna slow you down. Clyde: But...! Baram: You wanna get caught? Baram: Before you go... You have to use your knife... Clyde: WHAT!!!! Baram: Think what they'll do to me if I get caught. I don't want to go through that. Do me this favor. Baram: are you...shaking? I can't believe it! You're acting like a coward! Come on, you weakling! Grab a knife and... Clyde: I CAN'T! Baram: Clyde!!! Clyde: I'm sorry... Clyde then runs away. Baram: Clyde! How dare you!? Dream 4 Clyde walks into a place that looks like Thamsa, and when he walks it looks like what it looks like when you're poisoned. Hey...HEY! Stay with me now! A dog walks over to Clyde and the girl. Clyde: Where...am...? A small village called Thama... Hang in there! (I'm figuring that was the girl speaking) Dream 5 Clyde is standing outside of a house in Thamasa. The dog stands in front of him. There is no name determination here, so this is Clyde talking, unless the dog is magical. You came to fetch me... But I won't be coming back... I want you, and the girl, to live in a peaceful world... Clyde runs away, then the dog follows him. So, I'm concluding that the dog is Interceptor, the girl in "Thama..." is Relm's mother. Clyde impregnates Relm's mother and leaves before she is born, or shortly afterwards. This is why Interceptor is so nice to Relm when the party visits Thamasa, because Interceptor used to live there and recognizes the smell. |

dang, i just figured out that there were all these friggin old topics!
also, there is a dream, but it .... isnt shadows? Possible spoilers: highlight to view if you fail to save shadow on the FC, get relm in the veldt and she'll have a dream, completing the story of all shadows other 5 dreams. I think the 7th dream was a rumor.... wait... cyan has a dream! in doma! cant consider that a good dream tho.. |

The "seven dreams" that people speak of are those five that FradulentTommah mentioned, PLUS the Relm dream that you just pointed out and Cyan's dream. Shadow himself only has five of them.
