First FFT Topic. Huzzah.

Just a quick question.

I have an archer with every Battle Skill. So he's a bastard to the enemies needless to say-

Now with CONCENTRATE- does that improve my archers chance for a battle skill to succeed?

Yeah, it helps you out, but when you're using Battle Skills, you'll still never get a guaranteed hit because that's just how those attacks work. In offensive situations when applicable, Concentrate just removes the enemy's evasion factors when the success comes up.
