Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 Bundle

This coming June, American gamers will be able to pick up an 80-gig Sony PlayStation 3, a single DualShock 3 controller, and a copy of the hotly-anticipated Metal Gear Solid 4 at a price point of $499.99 US. If anyone was already planning on eventually picking up a PS3 and MGS4, then it just got a little cheaper.

	Surely you mean MGS4. Logical move. Put the console's first big game in a bundle with the improved controller.

The only other game I would think worthy of getting the console for is the PS3 Final Fantasies. Although slightly off-topic, all three Metal Gear Solid games are being bundled together for the PS2 in a compilation called the "Essential Collection."

	Ugh, I'm sick of things that says "essential". It's not essential. My friend's been pretty much living in my flat for the past week playing MGS3 through again for the umpteenth time. I watch it at intervals and it's getting me interested in MGS4 again. I'm looking forward to it. Kojima makes me laugh. "A Hideo Kojima Game" on the front of the case is so unnecessary. "The Only Hideo Kojima Game" would be more appropriate. Why do he insist on trying to make his game so prestigious? It makes him look silly in my eyes.

	Looks pretty nice. I wonder how many PS3s this game is going to end up selling? Should mean plenty of people to play Metal Gear Online against!
