FFXII Eye Candy

As the release date approaches, we're getting more and more news on the next non-online FF game; FFXII. Courtesy of RPGamer , here are Eight New Screenshots of various scenes, mostly two of the characters, and One New Artwork of the character Pannero.

I like how the game is looking so far. Although one of those characters still looks like Tidus, the others look interesting. The style of graphics doesn't seem to be too much of a leap from FFX and FFX-2, and it looks like the technology is about the same.

	I'm sorry, but how come the only thing the guy has on is some kinda pathetically small metal vest? I'm just not really liking how the latest FF's are looking. I really wish they went back to the old style that pretty much ended with FF6.

	SquareEnix: get in a line, so i can whoop all yo'asses... Yep, its confirmed, Final fantasy has gone to hell in a handbasket. i'm now DREADING this game, and i'm already hatign the new character. Shes like a hideous hybrid of Selphie and Rikku. And whats with the Tidieous Tidus/Village People look? Can't we stop having blonde hair, blued eyed weirdos in camp vests? Will this character burst into a rendition of YMCA halfway through the game? Sure, just cos the designer thinks it looks cool don't mean hes a few fish short of an aquarium. I really wish they'd go to Lenton for ideas... Rant ends. Edit Just relasied something... Caz is training to become a games designer... may god help us all if he starts working for Squenix

	It's Cloud-Zidane-Tidus all over again. That lady with the white hair looks uber cool though. I'm not quite dreading the game. If the gameplay is good then I'll be happy. True, the hero design is getting repetitive.....

	another Tidus look-alike, sighs Square-Enix better shape up soon. I'm going to buy FFXII just for the hell of it, and the respect for the series.

	I won't judge this game until they realease gameplay details. As far as the character designs go, I feel they fit in well with the Final Fantasy series. At least Vann is smiling, so he won't be like cloud/squall. Thank God for that...

	What's the big deal about Vaan? I personally would rather play as a handsome teenager than some little boy (Crystal Chronicles)
