Name That Tune Final Round - New Hints Available

The final round is now underway, again, sorry for the delay. This round will start immediately, and will run until 11:59pm GMT on 24 July, just to make sure that everyone has plenty of time. The final winners will be announced soon after, since I will probably be traveling for work on the 24th and 25th.

This is the round that will determine the winners, folks, so give it your all. We're taking ten of our best performers from the second round to have a shot at the big prize; your finalists, alphabetically, are:

And then we added two bonus participants, footbigmike and MogMaster, due to the fact that they won the two other groups in the second round. So, there you have it, the top twelve folks going for the big prizes, totaling $60 in AmaCoN gift cards!

If you're not in this list, though, make sure you participate in the final week anyway; anyone who participates this week can still be eligible for the $5 consolation prize. And, to help everyone out a little bit, we've updated the hint page to link to our last.fm pages.

Once we finish up this last round, everyone will have a chance to take all the quizzes they weren't able to take as part of the actual contest, and we'll have score leaderboards too. And after that, who knows? We'll try to set something up for you!

	hmm...drat, a pathetic 2. Bang goes my chances then, I did well on the first rounds... Out of interest how many people will get prizes? Is it like 1st, 2nd and 3rd plus the $5 consolation prize, or will there be more winners? wants a prize deeply Also, I'll be gone from friday up until the 6th August, so I won't find out the results until 2 weeks after they are announced

	well i just got a 4, so that makes a total of 15. if we are going by total score. but either way, R51 just PM'd me saying i was the last one left to take the quiz. since i have now, the official-ness can begin!

	I know there are probably some of you waiting for news, so here's a brief rundown for now. 1. Yes, the contest is done and closed, it closed automatically at the time put in my first post in this thread. 2. Yes, I know who the winners are of all four prizes. 3. No, I won't tell you. The winners have been notified privately and I will announce it publicly once I hear back from all of them. 4. Yes, there will be more data for scoring and such so you can see how you did. Also, everyone, not just the original entrants, will get to play all the quizzes that you didn't get to before, probably in a week or so.
