| I've always considered Edgar a dragoon, even though Final Fantasy VI really doesn't have set classes per say. For the most part, everyone can learn the same spells and equip many of the same weapons/armor. The thing that sets Edgar apart (as well as Mog) is that he can wear the Dragoon Boots and get the jump command. Like another blond haired character (think FFIV), he can take to the sky and slam enemies with something pointy. (is it just me, or does he remind you of Firionel/Firion from FFI?)
