Auragaea A fall release is quite sooner than I expected. Either way, I’m happy for Xenosaga III and I hope it has the DVD of all the scenes in Xenosaga II just as Xenosaga II did for I. I absolutely can’t wait to use Miyuki and Allen! biggrin.gif

Hm, I thought that only Allen was newly playable...

But yeah, if this one's coming out then I need to play the second one. I thought the first one was a really intriguing and entertaining game, but I heard the second one wasn't nearly as good so I held off on playing it. If this one is coming out soon then I'll have to beat the second one, read some Nietzche, and buy some popcorn.

Rujuken Sounds interesting, though I think I'll wait until some reviews for the game are out before deciding to buy it. Xenosaga II was an okay game, but a downgrade from the first in my opinion. If the third one doesn't sound like an improvement I'll wait until it drops in price.

karasuman I can't imagine the mini-game that's good enough to warrant it's inclusion in a list of perks for an upcoming game.

I really wasn't impressed by the first two games in the series. The battle systems were great, but the rest of the game was essentially an anime that you had to watch before you could fight again. Maybe they'll get it right with this third installment.

Kylerocks Well, I know what this means, by the end of fall...I can finally die. But seriously, got addicted to this whole series.(including Xenogears)

As much as it is backwards, these games aren't about gameplay at all. (Xenosaga II was not terribly fun to play through.) It's all about the story, which is of course, as complex and crazed as they can come.

Unless there's some new news, I think Allen is the only new character. On a side note, am I the only guy that's an Allen fanboy? The first time through the first game I thought he was hilarous. By about the third time through I was literally yelling at him, ("DO SOMETHING!") whenever he was doing something stupid. He just unfortunately reminds me so much of myself that it's sickening...::sighs:: Sorry for wasting your time.

Auragaea Actually, from a video scene in gametrailers.com, Miyuki and Canaan are playable characters new to this game. Some people in gamefaqs.com also say they have a Japanese demo where they got to play as Miyuki and Canaan.
