Forum member Shotgunnova has provided us with two pieces of fanfiction for the Final Fantasy Tactics section. The first is a poem called "Off He Goes", and the second is a longer piece titled "The Battle of Fuse Plains".

I never imagined that I'd get an announcement in my honor. Thanks for the support though everyone--I'll see if I can scratch out another fanfic in a week. Seriously, I couldn't have done it without you guys!

Haha, yeah, I finally have something to put in my Caves of Narshe folder. Y'know, the one for important documents in the like. Hopefully I won't get all haughty and turn out some rancid fanfic. If I do, knock some sense into me.

Kilakandra_DiMenia I haven't read "Off He Goes" yet, but "The Battle of Fuse Plains" was excellent!!! I haven't read anything this exciting since Lord of the Rings!!!

Now I've read "Off He Goes". Made my heart melt, kinda like a really sad song.

I've tried to get something done, but it turned into some big epic sort of thing, with chapters and the like, so I can't really post that yet. I have a bunch of other beginnings too, but they aren't complete yet either.

Hopefully it doesn't look like I have a big ego 'cause I think my work is half the caliber it could be most of the time. =p
